Health and wellness consist of having a balance between physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. When this occurs, wholeness and healing take place. Healing Touch and Reiki use gentle touch to assist a person in balancing these four aspects of their being.

Healing Touch is an energy-based therapeutic approach that helps to restore harmony and balance in a person's energy system, enabling the person to heal.  

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. Reiki uses "laying on of hands" to help a person's life force energy re-balance itself.

Healing Touch and Reiki work with the human energy field to support one's natural ability to heal. Both work in harmony with standard medical care and are safe for children and adults of all ages. 

As a Healing Touch and Reiki practitioner my role is only as a healing channel; all choice of healing rests with and within the person with whom I am present.
